  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    We always try and accommodate you as best as we can, so please get in touch as soon as possible and we will respond with our availability.
  • Where do you provide your services?
    We are based in Melbourne and travel up to two hours to your event, free of charge. We love to travel, so no distance is too far. We also service events interstate and internationally. Due to the increased cost of travel we just ask for you to cover our extra transport expenses (distance dependent) and that's it!
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No! We are upfront with our pricing.
  • How do I reserve your services?
    Contact us through the website and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can directly call or email us. Once you get in contact, we will send you more details about our services. We love hearing from you and discussing more about what we offer! If you decide to book your wedding videography with us, you will be all booked in once you have filled in our booking form and you send your deposit. That's it!
  • What if COVID-19 impacts my wedding going ahead?
    If COVID-19 restrictions and/or lockdowns prevent your wedding day going ahead on the planned day, we will always reschedule free of charge.
